The key update of the release was the creation of a task completion accelerator for SMART Sales. The main idea of the accelerator is to provide a convenient and understandable tool that will help to prioritize tasks and speed up their implementation for both the manager and the head of the department. The new functionality of the solution is designed to optimize and speed up the necessary processes and help assess the current and plan the future workload of employees.   • Task Performance Accelerator

1. Report on planned activities

The feature provides the ability to send daily reports in Outlook for each user about tasks scheduled for the current day, meetings, calls, and also reminds about overdue or incomplete tasks. If necessary, users can go from the report to a special dashboard to view the details.

2. Report to managers on overdue employee tasks

Now a report is available for the heads of departments, which will allow them to assess the state of affairs in the department and the workload of each employee. SMART Sales will send daily Outlook reports to managers about their employees’ overdue tasks. If necessary, the manager can go from the report to a special dashboard to view the details.

  • Notifications feature

In the updated functionality of the solution, notification settings are also available in one of the selected channels: Teams, Outlook, or push notifications within the application. SMART Sales users will be able to receive notifications to be able to track changes in the status of a deal, the process of approval of related documentation for a deal, or its assignment or closing by a manager.

Users receive notifications in the following cases:

1. New task assignment

2. New deal assignment

3. Approval of the deal documents

4. Notification of the manager about closing a deal by the manager
