The new feature allows users to send attachment files via Viber directly from the SMART Marketing solution interface. Now you can easily exchange documents and images along with your advertising messages by creating templates in the system interface. This significantly expands the possibilities of interaction and has a qualitative impact on the engagement of your audience. Send personalized offers, checklists, reminders, postcards, etc.

2. New capabilities for creating mailing segments

In the current update, we have added more parameters for creating mailing segments. Now, the main table for segmentation can be not only contact but also any table you need. For example, you must remind your customers to pay for their orders. So, you select all records with the “not paid” status, create a segment, and send it to the contacts related to this record.

You will be able to create segments more precisely using various related tables, criteria, and conditions for audience segmentation. This will allow marketing specialists to create more personalized and effective advertising campaigns.

3. Calculating the number of mailing list participants

Understanding mailing volumes before launch is an important criterion for rational use of resources. The new feature allows you to calculate the number of participants in your mailing list at the stage of its creation. Now you can accurately determine the size of your audience and make the necessary adjustments before launching your marketing campaign.

4. Planning recurring activities with dynamic segments

In the current SMART Marketing update, you can plan recurring activities at set intervals using dynamic segments of your audience. It is now possible to automate the process of sending messages to each segment for a convenient period with the required regularity: daily, weekly, monthly. This ensures constant interaction and engagement with your customers.

Edit message templates directly from the send window or send unique text messages without templates. Showcase your individuality and flexibility in every message. What to expect in the next SMART Marketing release?

We are working on the following updates:

  • Extension of the analytics block. Report on the effectiveness of Marketing activities,
  • Sending video attachments via Viber,
  • Adding SMART Easy Bot as one of the providers for distributing messages through Viber and Telegram channels.

How much does it cost to connect and use SMART Marketing?

The monthly fee for using the environment is $100 and includes one of the connectors of your choice (SMART Connector for Infobip, SMART Connector for GMS, SMART Connector for eSputnik). The cost may vary when connecting two connectors ($150) or three connectors ($200). Azure components are charged based on consumption.

Also, for comprehensive interaction with customers, you can connect SMART Easy Bot, a solution for simple and comfortable management of Viber and Telegram chatbots. The monthly fee for use in one Microsoft Power Apps/Dynamics 365 environment with no limit on the number of managers is $100. The monthly fee covers 100 thousand messages in 1 Viber or 1 Telegram bot with common logic and a single control center. Azure components are charged according to consumption and calculated individually. The estimated cost per 100 thousand messages is $5.
